The 2026 Technology Skills Survey has been launched by the DernekWeb Technology and Digital Transformation Professionals Association.

The research aims to understand current skills and development needs among professionals working in software development, artificial intelligence, data, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, product management and digital transformation.

In addition to technical knowledge, the survey will examine the growing importance of communication, leadership, project management, problem solving and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The results will help shape future training programs and working groups and provide an overview of human resource needs across the technology ecosystem.

A summary report will be shared with members after the research is completed.
